We also appreciated the helpfulness of the staff in calling taxis and ensuring we arrived safely at our destinations. I recently stayed at a hotel in Yerevan and I must say that I was impressed with the staff. They were very welcoming and made me feel right at home. The hotel was also very comfortable and clean, I could tell that they take pride in maintaining the rooms. they offered free transfer from the airport which was really convenient.
